This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, referrers and traffic sources. The analytics service is configured without analytics cookies and Vercel states that Web Analytics does not store personal information. We use this information to understand which pages and acquisition sources are useful. The public enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application rather than storing the form contents on the website.
Tender Readiness Assessment
Answers entered into the public Tender Readiness Assessment are calculated in your browser and are not transmitted to Newball & Partners when you calculate a score. If you choose to arrange a readiness review afterwards, the score and result band may be added to the consultation link so you can choose to include that context in your enquiry.
Information we process
When you contact Newball & Partners or use the secure Client Portal, we may process business contact details, company information, portal account information, tender preferences, bid-related information, documents and evidence you choose to upload, service communications and billing or subscription status.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide and secure portal access, deliver tender and framework intelligence, manage evidence and bid workflows, administer the client relationship and subscription, send service and document-expiry notifications, maintain audit and security records and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Client Portal and evidence
Client evidence is stored in a restricted private environment and access is limited by organisation and authorised user role. Clients should upload only information they are entitled to provide and that is relevant to the service. Portal data may be processed by carefully selected technology providers acting on our behalf where needed to operate, secure and deliver the service.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, the client relationship, security, dispute management and applicable legal or accounting requirements. We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect portal accounts and client information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
