Client Portal access
The secure Client Portal is for authorised users of Newball & Partners client organisations. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for ensuring information and documents uploaded through the portal are accurate, lawful to provide and relevant to the service. Portal access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, account administration or where the applicable subscription is not active.
Client engagements
Professional services, fees, service scope and any client-specific obligations are governed by separate written engagement terms agreed with each client. Registration for the Client Portal does not by itself guarantee access to paid services or any tender, framework or contract award.
